Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your window tint applied by Dynamic Customs includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty.* The details on what this warranty covers and the limits to it are all explained here. *Includes all automotive, residential, and commercial applications. Budget Series is excluded as this film carries No Warranty.


Limited Lifetime Warranty
Scorpion Window Films (referred to as "Manufacturer") warrant that as long as you own your vehicle or real estate property, window film applied to your windows will:
  1. Maintain Solar Reflective properties, Color, and Performance properties without cracking, crazing, or demetallizing.
  2. Maintain Adhesion to glass without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating under normal operating conditions (heat, weather, and environmental conditions).
Dynamic Customs (referred to as "Seller" and "Authorized Installer") warrant that as long as you own your vehicle or real estate property, window film applied to your windows will:
  1. Be free of Installer Mistakes and Errors to the film as a result of application, with moderate consideration of normal imperfections taken into consideration by customer (applying window film is a delicate process and can result in a small percentage <5% of dust particles and/or contaminates between glass and film).
  2. Will cover entire window tinted with No Short Edges or partial coverage. Customer understands that some applications, specifically on home and business windows, will not always cover entire window edges if window framing is not removable for film to be applied underneath framing. In this case, customer will be notified verbally before application process of that window and notes may be made to Record of Installation card noting "Short Edges" but is not required to be noted on this record.

If Window Film is Found to be Defective According to the Above Terms by Determination of Seller
Seller will replace quantity of film (exact or equivalent VLT and film series) proved to be defective. Seller will also provide reapplication labor free of charge to the customer during the warranty period unless noted otherwise on Record of Installation card.

Warranty is Provided Only to the Original Customer
This warranty is provided only to the original costumer and is not transferable in the event the vehicle or real estate property changes ownership, no exception.

Immediately Prior to Application is Completed
At the time application of window film is completed and balance is paid in full by customer, this warranty will take affect and customer will receive a Record of Installation card. Customer is to retain this warranty card as it must be presented along with your original invoice (digital or paper) to receive warranty service. Seller is not responsible for maintaining a record of warranty related to any sale and application of window film.

In the A Event Warranty Claim is Determine to be Valid by Seller
Seller will schedule a warranty service appointment to the original customer. Customer will be responsible to provide their Record of Installation card and proof of identity to Seller at appointment. Warranty appointments follow a separate calendar of availabilities than new purchases. The availability of warranty service will vary depending on the availability of schedule.

This Warranty Covers the Original Application of Manufacture's Film Applied by Seller Only
Seller reserves the right to test and validate any films claimed to be defective under this warranty policy. This warranty will be null and void if the product has been determined to have been subjected to abuse, improper care, removal by anyone besides seller, and/or damaged, no matter what situations resulted in this. 

Except for the Obligation to Replace Defective Film and Reapply Film as Described Above
Seller shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damage to property and/or customer, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use this product or the property the product has been applied to.

To Obtain Warranty Service
In the event you believe your window film is defective under the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Seller has put in place procedures for filing a warranty claim. Claims will be reviewed by Seller, once submitted, and eligibility will be determined. Claims should be submitted on Seller's website or in person at 4902 W Main St., Houma, LA 70360. Once claim has been received and determined to be valid, Seller will contact original customer to schedule warranty service based on availability. To file a warranty claim, click here.
